1、 Mold structure design: four side row ejection technology of fine nozzle

For the demolding requirements of complex structural plastic parts, our company adopts a four sided fine water nozzle demolding scheme, which achieves multi-directional lateral core pulling through a precision guiding mechanism. The technical features include: high-precision tolerance control, strict control of full-size error within ± 0.01mm, ensuring consistency between the appearance and function of plastic parts;

Modular assembly design: The row component adopts standardized interfaces, supports quick mold replacement and maintenance, and improves production efficiency by more than 30%.

2、 Copper worker discharge machining: micrometer level cavity accuracy guarantee

In the process of copper (electrode) machining, efficient forming of complex surfaces and micro holes is achieved through multi axis linkage CNC electrical discharge machining (EDM). Verticality control technology is used, and a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is used to conduct full dimensional inspection of the reference surface with a verticality error of ≤ 0.005mm, avoiding cavity collapse caused by deformation and smooth transition of the surface. Through layered discharge and secondary finishing processes, the problem of blurred edges and lines is eliminated, and the surface smoothness of plastic parts is improved.

3、 High precision equipment empowerment: Makino V33i processing system

The application of the core equipment Makino V33i high-speed machining center marks the entry of mold manufacturing into the era of micrometer level precision machining:

Breakthrough in ultra-thin wall processing: 0.5mm diameter cutting tools can achieve ± 0.002mm coaxiality, and 0.1mm thin-walled feature processing without deformation;

Introducing an online measurement system that provides real-time feedback on dimensional data during the machining process, automatically compensates for tool wear, and integrates three-dimensional measurement data with CAM software to generate machining error heat maps and guide process optimization.
